INSIGHT: Even with the resurgence of the vinyl record in the modern day, the physical and virtual worlds of music feel largely separated.
IDEA: Offer Spotify listeners and vinyl lovers everywhere a unique experience that seamlessly blends the two worlds and encourages them to view their passion for music as one completely interconnected entity.

Here, users are introduced to the #RecordedMemories campaign, and given a brief overview on how the process works.
COLLECTION PAGE
Visitors can see the mixes they've made or purchased, and share mixes to social.
THE VINYL LAB
Users create a playlist, or pick an existing one from their Spotify account. Then, they choose a name, cover, and color for their new vinyl.
SOCIAL
SPOTIFY
Every album cover comes with a QR code on the back that can be scanned to immediately create a playlist of the record on others’ Spotify accounts.
A new Instagram feature will allow users to tag Spotify playlists on their posts, and will be introduced through a social campaign highlighting special weekly #RecordedMemories playlists (and limited-edition vinyl available only that week).
